How we work
Remote, globally.
We are based in Miami and the engineering team is distributed. We care where your work lands, not where you sit. Overlap of four hours with US Eastern is all we ask.
Senior, and small.
Everyone here has shipped things that other people depend on. Small teams, direct access to the client, and no layer of managers between you and the decision.
You own what you build.
You scope it, you build it, and you stay with it after launch. That is also why we are careful about what we take on.
English and Spanish.
Our clients work in both. You do not need to be perfect in both, but you do need to be comfortable in one and willing in the other.
