Delivery Lead (bilingual)
Keep projects scoped, weekly and honest — with the client and with the team.
We promise clients a written scope, a weekly demo and a person they can call. This role is that person. It is not ticket administration: you are expected to push back on scope, spot the risk early, and tell a client something they would rather not hear.
What you'll do
Run discovery calls and turn them into a written scope with a real price
Keep the weekly demo happening, in a staging environment, every week
Hold the line on scope, and negotiate the change when the line has to move
Be the single point of contact clients actually reach
Work in English and Spanish, sometimes in the same meeting
What you bring
You have delivered software projects, not just coordinated them
Enough technical depth to know when an estimate is fiction
Genuinely fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
Comfort with executives — our clients are owners and operators
Straightforwardness. We would rather hear it early.
