What you'll do
Build conversational agents on the WhatsApp Business API and Instagram
Write and tune the agent's voice with the client, then test it against real past conversations
Define guardrails and escalation rules — when the agent must stop and hand off
Connect agents to CRMs, calendars, inventory and payment links
Build the evaluation set, so a change can be proven better instead of assumed better
Automate the boring parts of the client's back office with n8n, Make or plain code
What you bring
Shipped LLM features that real, non-technical people used
Solid backend skills — Node, Python or PHP; this is engineering, not prompt collecting
Understanding of where models fail, and healthy scepticism about demos
Comfort with messaging platform constraints: templates, windows, rate limits
Strong Spanish and English — the agents you build will speak both
